If I ever need hospital treatment again I am sure it could never be better than in Bangkok Pattaya Hospital

To Whom it May Concern I have recently returned to the United Kingdom after suffering a heart attack on the P&O cruise ship Oriana. The ship berthed at Laem Chabang on Tuesday, 7th February, 2006, and cardiologist Dr. Manoon came on board to introduce himself and take me into his care. The transfer to Bangkok Pattaya Hospital was efficient and swift, and I found the way in which Dr Manoon and the nurses cared for me very reassuring. On admission I was further reassured by the attention of the staff and the general atmosphere of the hospital. My first impressions were confirmed by the procedures carried out by Dr Manoon and the surgery by Dr Chokchai and their teams. I cannot imagine that any other hospital could improve on my treatment, and I was particularly impressed by the positive attitude of doctors, nurses and everyone who looked after me. Their kindness and cheerfulness was unbelievable, and I am sure that this was the greatest factor in the success of my therapy. My wife is confined to a wheelchair and visually impaired, so I was extremely worried that she would find herself on her own in an hotel in a foreign country. The provision of a room in the hospital meant that my wife, son and daughter-in-law could be with me during my whole stay. This was a great comfort to all of us. On my return to the U.K. I consulted a cardiologist practising in Cardiff, who said that my excellent recovery was the direct result of the superb care I must have received in Bangkok Pattaya Hospital. He was also very complimentary about the documentation of my treatment, which he said stood with the best he had seen. I am pleased to have the opportunity of expressing my gratitude to the whole team of the Cardiology Department for not only restoring my health but for doing it in such a caring way. If I ever need hospital treatment again I am sure it could never be better than in Bangkok Pattaya Hospital. Please feel free to use my experience in any way you choose.
