ECHO (Echocardiogram)

Is a method of using ultrasound to exam the heart and inside structure. It is the outside heart examination while patient is lying down. The examination can be repeated many times without harm to see the movement and press of heart muscle and blood pressure.

1.1 Exercise Stress Echocardiography

Is used to monitor the heart muscle before and after the exercise and evaluate the coronary artery clot.

1.2 Dobutamine Echocardiography

Using echocardiography with the drug “ Dobutamine ” to make heart beat faster as if during exercise to monitor the heart, heart muscle, valve and coronary artery.

1.3 Trans Esophageal Echocardiography, TEE

Is used with high frequency of echocardiography through the esophagus in case of unable to detect the heart abnormality via chest
